Substance Distributing Inc. is a start-up company based in Austin, TX, dedicated to promoting and providing only the Healthiest, Best Quality, most Industrially Feasible and Applicable Products and Systems for Sustainable Construction.

Our main focus is Magnesium Oxide based products, specifically sheeting. The Company's focus is on education as much as product promotion and sales. We are of the belief that knowledge and education are priceless, necessary tools and crucial steps towards a sustainable building system.

The Company's aim is to make the largest possible impact on the Building Industry. We only promote the products and systems that will be easily incorporated into, and have the biggest impact on our current building material use and building system choices.

Magnesium Oxide Ceramic Cement, as a tool for net-sequestration of CO2 green house gas is reason alone to promote such technologies.

The Company was formed in 2004, and currently has 4 employees. The Company's Founder and CEO, Casey Miller, was previously the owner of I & I Revivify Design/Build/Remodel, a Master Builder approach to Custom Residential Building and Remodeling, which was in business from 1998 until 2006.

I & I Revivify was a Registered Residential Texas Builder (#30712) and also a member of Austin Energy's Green Building Program, with a Four and Five Star Rated Homes, as well as an Energy Star Partner.

The Chief Business, Product, and Educational Advisor, George Swanson, has completed nearly 100 "Green" homes, and currently does business, traveling nationally and internationally, consulting with product manufactures and other high level building industry professionals, including members of government. It is through him, we have certain distribution relationships.
