Substance Distributing, Inc. distributes "Green & Healthy" building products. We are firmly rooted in the principals of Building Biology.

We specialize in Magnesium Oxide (MgO) and other all-natural Mineral-Based materials including our own proprietary blends of Mineral-Based Powder Mixes (Magna Blends). We make these mixes available to retailers with custom branding.

The core products we offer are: Custom-Crafted MgO Counter Tops; MgO
Construction Panels for the building of carbon sequestrating "Breathing
Walls" that are Fire/Water/Impact Resistant and Insect/Fungus/Mold Free;
KEIM VOC-Free Eco-Paints; Thermal Hemp Insulation and our custom Magna Blends.
Our MgO Construction Panels can be used as Drywall replacement and as an extremely cost effective, environmentally sound and biologically healing replacement for Cement Fiber Boards (both as a tile backer & as exterior siding). As exterior siding, our MgO Construction Panels completely eliminate the need for plywood sheathing and vapor barriers -- greatly reducing material and labor costs.

Our products, healthy for all building environments, are particularly well suited for chemically sensitive individuals and for the construction of safe rooms for infants and pregnant mothers. We also custom build extremely healthy trailers and mobile homes incorporating our materials.

We at Substance Distributing Inc. are committed to reducing our impact on the environment as much as possible.  All employees live within a short distance from our shop, and either bike or ride the city bus to work.  The crew carpools to jobsites, as well.
